Air transportation of expectant mothers is permitted on condition that there are no fewer than four weeks before the due date and there is no danger of premature birth.

Polet Airlines bares no responsibility for consequences resulting from air transportation.
When children are flying, the accompanying person must provide the child's certificate of birth.
The following goods can be taken onboard if you travel with a child under two years old:
Important! It is not recommended that new-born children under 8 days old be transported by air.
When flying abroad with children you must have original and notarized copies of documents, proving your relationship (guardianship, adoption, trusteeship):
Important! The only legal document, proving your relationship is the certificate of the child's birth. A similarity of the names, including the childs and your foreign passport does not prove relation. In absence of such documents proving your relation, underage children may be refused transportation.
Children from 5 to 12 may fly without accompaniment.
Attention! Flight cost for unaccompanied children is the same as for adult passengers.

Prior to ticket acceptance, a Polet Airlines staff member must be informed if you are disabled, visually or hearing impaired; you must specify whether wheelchair carriage is necessary, wheelchair dimensions, and specification (whether or not it is collapsable; also information regarding guide-dog necessity).

Disabled, visually/hearing impaired passenger transportation is allowed providing the presence of an accompanying person, who can care for the disabled passenger during the flight. In case of visually impaired passengers, a guide-dog is adequate.
Medicine as necessary during the flight, wheelchairs, crutches, guide-dogs (for visually impaired passengers) are transported for free.

If you must carry an animal onboard, you must also inform an agent when presenting your ticket.
Animals and birds are allowed to transportation only on preliminary agreement with Polet and carried only in the passenger compartment in specially equipped containers.
Important! Total weight (animal plus container) must not exceed 8 (eight) kg.
Total weight of animal and container is not included into free baggage and is charged as excess baggage. (Guide-dogs may be carried for free.)
