Flight delay/cancellation

Services provided in the event  of delay/cancellation

 In case of delay/cancellation of a Polet Airlines flight, passengers are entitled to the following services without extra charge:

  • baggage storage including unchecked baggage
  • rebooking of flights either with Polet Airlines or a third-party carrier
  • no penalty ticket refund at a "Polet-Service" office or other authorized agency

For a flight delay of more than two hours

  • access to a parenting room for passengers with children under 7 years of age 
  • opportunity to make two free phone calls or send two free emails
  • cold beverages

For a flight delay more than four hours

  • hot meals

For a flight delay more than eight hours during the day or six hours at night

  • providing passengers with a hotel room
  • passenger delivery from the airport to the hotel and back if the hotel is provided at the Aircompany's expense 

Service standard acts in discharge of Federal "Air transportation rules relative to passengers, baggage, cargos and service requirements for passengers, consignors and consignees" went into operation on October 20, 2007.
