Check-in at Voronezh International airport

In order to check-in for domestic flights, passengers should provide the airport counter with their air-ticket and passport. The agent checks the baggage and issues a boarding ticket with a seat number, departure time, and gate number.

Please remember that check-in time starts 1.5 hours prior to scheduled departure time and closes 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

For international flights, passengers will go through a migratory customs control zone. They must provide their ticket, foreign passport, and all necessary documents requested by the agent. They will then be issued a boarding ticket and have the opportunity to check any baggage.

International check in time starts 2.5 hours prior to scheduled departure time and closes 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

Also, if you have completed the check-in process, but do not board the aircraft by the scheduled departure time, you may be refused carriage and your baggage will be subject to offload and mandatory inspection.

Boarding

After completing the check-in process, passengers may proceed on board through their assigned gate, 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Boarding tickets must be presented.

Baggage

Upon check-in, the care and safety of your baggage becomes the responsibility of Polet Airlines.
Baggage check-in is performed in accordance with baggage allowances, issued by Polet Airlines. (Baggage).
