Polet Training Centre was set up in 2002 to meet the requirements of the training of the company aviation specialists . The Head of the training centre is Nadia Ulyanova who is a teacher of English, teacher of Aviation English, interpreter, rater, examiner.

There are two Centre branches: one is located on one of the Polet premises, in Ulyanosk. The other is in the head office in Voronezh.

Polet training centre is certified to persue the following courses for aviation specialists:

• Aviation and plain English recurrent course,
• International flights performing recurrent course,
• AN-124-100 aircraft recurrent course,
• Recurrent course for technicians and loadmasters.

All the courses training is provided by highly qualified and well-trained teachers and instructors. Auditoriums being equipped with all the advanced educational facilities give trainees the opportunity to be taught English according to new ICAO standards, aviation English and standard phraseology in a proper way.  The usage of multimedia interactive technologies makes the studying process more effective.

 Aviation specialists working for Polet Cargo Airlines are tested according to ICAO rating scale in the company as the head of the Training Centre and one of the teachers have been awarded rater's certificates. To achieve higher level in English trainees go to the UK to study at special colleges.

Every aviation specialist who applies for a job for Polet Cargo Airlines should pass an English testing first.

Polet Training Centre is a member of Association of Aviation Training Centres.
