Insurance
The Airline possesses policies, approving the following types of obligatory and non-obligatory insurance:
- Crew life and health insurance
- Third Party insurance
- Aircraft hull insurance
- Air carrier's civil liability insurance for passenger transportation
- Air carrier's liability insurance to the consignor or consignee
- Operator's liability insurance for aerial works.
Licensing
According to licenses issued by FAAR, Polet Airlines is approved for following activities:

In accordance with license, issued by Russian Airspace Agency, the Airline is permitted to “rocket-and-space units’ transportation”.
In accordance with certificate, issued by State Customs Committee of Russia, the Airline is included into Register of Customs Carriers.
Certification
Certification authority of the Department of Transportation of the Russian Federation issued the Air Operator Certificate #14 valid till 28.02.2010 permitting the company operation of An-124-100, An-24, An-30, SAAB-2000, Il-76TD, BAE-125-800. This certificate confirms that the air company is authorised to perform commercial flights and aerial work and complies with the law of the Russian Federation as well as with the requirements of the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation regulating the civil aviation operators' certification. According to the parameters stated in Part A of the Operation Specifications being an integral part of the Operator's certificate, the company is authorised for dangerous goods transportation.
Certification authority of the civil aviation certification system of the Russian Federation issued the Certificate of Conformance #202108143 valid till 21.02.2010 authorising the company to perform line and periodic maintenance of An-124-100, Il-76, Il -96-400Т.
Certification authority of the civil aviation certification system of the Russian Federation issued the Certificate of Conformance 2021071095 valid till 27.09.09 authorising the company to perform line maintenance of An-2, An-24, An-30, Tu-134, Yak-40, Yak-42, BAE-125-800, SAAB-2000 and periodic maintenance of An-2, An-24, An-30, Tu-134.
European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) issued the certificate # EASA.145.0364 authorising the company to perform line maintenance of BAE -125-800 and SAAB-2000.
